Letting the New Blood Run Things

A while back I wrote a post titled We Need To Let The Younger Guys Take Over in which I wrote about the need for us older folk who’ve been running things for a while to step back and let the younger guys (and by implication, younger everyone) take over. I believe that now more than ever.

Yesterday Leatherati posted an article by Papa Tony titled New Blood in an Old Guard World that said much the same, but often in even better ways than I said it, and certainly from a slightly different perspective. I consider Papa Tony’s article required reading for anyone who considers themselves a leather leader of any form. We discount its message at our own peril.

Kudos to Papa Tony for writing this and to Leatherati for posting it.
